1. What this covers
This policy covers the Gaurify OS plans a studio buys from Gaurify: Starter, Studio and Agency. Work a studio does for its own clients follows that studio's own terms.
2. The free trial
Every plan starts with a 7 day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial, and nothing renews until you choose a plan.
3. Renewal
Monthly plans are charged each month. Yearly plans are paid up front and renew every 14 months: 12 paid months plus 2 free. The amount and the renewal date are shown before you pay.
4. Cancelling
Cancel any time from Settings, then Subscription. You keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing renews after that.
Your work is kept for 12 months after access ends, so you can come back or take a copy.
5. When we refund
A period that has already started is not refunded, in full or in part. You keep using it until it ends.
We refund in full any charge made in error, such as a double charge or a wrong amount. Where the law gives you a right to a refund, we honour it.
6. How refunds are made
Write to [email protected] with your studio name and the date of the charge. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 7 to 14 business days, subject to your bank.
