1. Services

Gaurify will produce video edits and related deliverables based on the footage and brief you provide, according to your package. You interact with a single "Team Gaurify" — we assign the right people internally.

2. Your responsibilities

Provide usable footage and a clear brief, respond to review requests in reasonable time, and ensure you own or are licensed to use everything you submit (footage, music, logos, fonts). Delays in providing materials or feedback move delivery timelines accordingly.

3. Revisions

Your package includes a set number of revision rounds per deliverable. Revisions must be requested through the Platform. Requests beyond the included rounds, or changes to the original brief/scope, may be chargeable. Gaurify will tell you before any additional charge applies.

4. Delivery and acceptance

Deliverables are shared through the Platform for your review. A deliverable is considered accepted when you approve it or after a reasonable period without a revision request. Final files are released on the terms of the Content Ownership Policy.

5. Fees and payment

Fees are set by your package or quote. Invoices are issued through the Platform and are payable by the due date. Applicable taxes (including GST where relevant) are added. Late or non-payment may pause work and withhold release of final deliverables.

6. Ownership

You retain ownership of the footage you provide. On full payment for a deliverable, ownership of that final deliverable transfers to you, except for third-party assets (e.g., licensed stock or music) which remain under their own licences, and except for Gaurify's own tools, templates, and know-how.

7. Refunds and cancellation

Cancellation and refunds follow our Refund Policy. Work already performed is chargeable.
