1. Permitted use
Use Gaurify OS only for legitimate video-production work with Gaurify and only within the role you have been granted.
2. You must not
Upload or share content you do not have the legal right to use, including copyrighted footage, music, or fonts without a valid licence.
Attempt to access, guess, or enumerate data belonging to other clients, editors, or projects; attempt to bypass identity masking; or probe, scan, or test the security of the Platform.
Upload malware, attempt to overload the service, scrape data at scale, or reverse-engineer the Platform.
Upload unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative material, or content that violates anyone's privacy or rights.
Use the Platform to solicit Gaurify's clients or editors outside the Platform, or to circumvent the client↔editor separation.
3. Enforcement
We may remove content, suspend accounts, and report unlawful activity to authorities. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate termination and, for editors and team members, action under the Confidentiality Agreement and NDA.
